Hi, May be this may help. https://nodejs.org/api/modules.html#modules_loading_from_the_global_folders ... There is some info about the NODE_PATH .. which shouldn't be used for default settings. But it may help in your case.
You may be able to install tiddlywiki with the default command and set the path environment veriable. ...
