I’ve been using TiddlyDrive. https://tiddlywiki.com/#TiddlyDrive%20Add-on%20for%20Google%20Drive%20by%20Joshua%20Stubbs It seems to work well, but you have to to give it access to your Google Drive. It should work on a Chromebook.
