Converting from, between "most" TW flavors should not be very difficult but it should be noted that both mGTD (mGSD) and tbGTD are very specialized TWs designed specifically for the Davdi Allen "Get Things Done" process. They are not IMO mere "layouts" or "flavors" of TW for the sake of aesthetics, style etc. As such, you get for example a lot of tags in tiddlers that are made for one system but perhaps not the other. So, for TW variants in general, I'd say it's typically not particularly difficult.
