Hi Craig,
Have a look at wikibooks [1]. The advantage is, that the licenses will
fit to TW and they have several languages. The disadvantage is, that
this [1] book is not finished yet. But there will be enough for the
start.

w3schools [2], is imho a good resource too. But there you will have a
copyright! problem. They have a good structure and a "Try it yourself"
button. I really like this.

I also did a search for:
"javascript tutorial creative commons" many hits :)

An interesting link [3] also look at the videos [4]. A little history
about computers and programming.

jfFiddle [5], is a very interesting concept to present HTML, script,
CSS and the result on one page. And I think it could be done with TW.
