Perhaps the term TransFormer could be use for those procedures that significantly Transform a tiddler's appearance. (e.g. applying a set of viewTemplates or other TransClusions and Stylings by merely tagging a tiddler? Perhaps its time to re-visit CSS zenGarden <http://www.csszengarden.com/> for some inspiration.
