I think Bricks cover TW stylesheets including layout extensively. For something more theme oriented, I can't remember any tutorials but looking at the Modular theme which allows fine control of the theme might be a good thing to study. https://bimlas.gitlab.io/tw5-modular-theme-maple-palette/
