Actually, the relevant tiddler <https://tiddlywiki.com/static/Drag%2520and%2520Drop.html> says "*Tag pills are also draggable*, and are equivalent to simultaneously dragging all of the individual tiddlers carrying the tag." So I am a bit confused there!
