UPDATE: In order to install Tiddloid or Quinoid on my Lenevo Chromebook 
(recent model) it requires that you activate "Developer Mode".
That will wipe your disk and reset the whole machine.
So you'd have to reinstall everything afresh. 

Too much work for me, I'm lazy! :-)

WHY is this happening? Because both apps. are NOT in the Google PlayStore.
