Trying to fix the problem, I noticed that there were 2 processes running, named "chrome.exe *32", even though Chrome wasn't running anymore. I usually hibernate my notebook instead of shutting it down. So, I killed those two processes and everything is ok now. (without --allow-file-access-from-files parameter a blank page is displayed again)
