not sure if Frontpage 2k3 is a good choice for TW - as a upload only
you should not have any problems - I would be careful with hand
editing unless you are very javascript savy.

I use fireftp (within firefox) but any ftp program should be able to
upload the file.

As for security, I would imagine you are as safe as your webserver. .
are you going to upload a read-only file or are you planing on having
editing abilities online?

As stated above more information may be helpful, or even a link to the
old html site. . .
