Intuitive as in "for a layman'?
Far from it, if that is what you intend.
For one thing they don't know what "tiddlers" are and I'd say this
goes for "tags" also.
Instead of tiddlers it could say something like "Filtered out results"
and instead of tags it could say perhaps "Category filter:" or "Filter
words:" And for public use, I'd say there must be some indication on
how to add more filters, either by chaning the [+] or by adding a line
somewhere.
There are also several other bits that could be improved if it is
intended for public use.
