Never mind - if you rename MptwTheme to MptwTheme1 save and reload it should work with no extra plugins. The problem is in the ViewTemplate defined by that theme (which is referenced to all MPTW themes)
Not a fix, but pointing in the right direction (renaming that file just tells the themes to use the unmodified TW ViewTemplate ect.
