if you create a tiddlyspot account (standard TW) you will get a TW with the needed plugins, from the welcometotiddlyspot tiddler, download, then import your notestorm TW via backstage (I prefer the ImportTiddlersPlugin from http://www.tiddlytools.com) after that is complete use the welcometotiddlyspot tiddler to save to web.
