Looks like it's simply running out of memory.

If you have TiddlyWiki documents that big, you might want to think about
re-organizing your tiddlers - either in separate documents or via a
server-side like TiddlyWeb.
It might be worth adding this issue to
http://tiddlywiki.org/wiki/Performance#Maximum_File_Size
