This is actually a long waiting features finally added in TW 5.2.1
In your Tiddlywiki open $:/ControlPanel > Info > Advanced > Cascades and
see Viewtemplate Body tab!
Short answer:
- use transclusion in another tiddler {{ $:/temp/TestTiddler}} and it works
- OR remove the $:/ from $:/temp/TestTiddler title
- OR add your own cascade filter
