I think you want to use one of the default templates (or create your own) :

If you still want to use a filter expression you can use this :

]addprefix<currentTiddler>format:titlelist[]addprefix[
]addprefix<accumulator>]+[enlist-input[]]}}}
or using your more elegant method :
