It's not clear to me why you are using <<wikify>> at all. You should
just use the {{...}} evaluated parameter syntax directly in the
<<matchTags>> macro to retrieve the desired option value, like this:
<<matchTags "[[%0]]<br>^^%3^^" "\n" sort:-modified VistaGeral AND
{{config.options.txtRelatorio}}>>
