Proximity is king.  If I'm looking at it, it is good if there is something 
right there for me to click on.

It should be easy even for the first-time viewer of TiddlyWiki 
documentation to be able to click a button.

User-friendly access.  Bad idea to force folk into Advanced Search to 
figure out where something is.
