Topics show a tree of tags by default - if you want the same effect applied to a subtopic you simply add: <<tiddler TopicsTemplate2>> and you'll get a tree made from tiddlertitle... It's in the tiddler TopicViewTemplate, therefore all tiddlers tagged with Topic has it...
