Hi Skye, It is a CSS problem. Possibly one of priority.
For instance if you have TiddlersBar installed as well and it's style sheet (StyleSheetTiddlersBar) is nested in StyleSheet along with the JqueryTreeviewCSS try reversing their positions, or juggling other nested CSS tiddlers.
