Not that I know much about licenses or how to necessarily display/organise them.
Go to the Help menu in BASIC Anywhere Machine <https://basicanywheremachine.neocities.org/BAM_IDE.html>, and click on the "Licenses" menu item to open the "Licences" tiddler in a modal window. As per that example, licenses for a TiddlyWiki can get a little complicated. BTW, that's an evolving work in progress.
