Make sure you have Eric's InlineJavascriptPlugin installed:

Then create a tiddler called 'taggedRecent'
containing the following:

In a tiddler of your choice, invoke the tiddler macro via transclusion
like this:
<<tiddler taggedRecent with: [[some Tag]]>>
