I don't use Flock, but I have found it challenging sometimes to get drag/drop to work. Make sure you have the latest edition of the FileDropPlugin, since recent changes in the mozilla code changed the functionality. You might also try seeing if adding in the coreTweaks plugin helps anything. Also check your javascript error console (assuming Flock hasn't taken that away) for possible errors.
