in Yanns StyleSheet is a link to FixedStyle.  The CSS for fixing the
header is here.

I'm curious his use of '>' in the CSS;

#contentWrapper > .header > .headerShadow , #contentWrapper > .header
> .headerForeground

The approach he uses is fixing all the elements. If you don't, you
will end up with, for example, a fixed header superimposed over the
top tiddlers
