Hi Nagarjuna Is the idea to have students write assignments using a tiddlywiki (local) and then upload it to you......are will they be uploading external documents....DOC, PDF.....??
If its the former, then BidiXTW (http://tiddlywiki.bidix.info/) has a number of upload plugins worth looking into...however there is a question of two students uploading at the same time.....If the students are using an on-line TiddlyWiki...their own.....then Server- side Lock (http://www.gentleknowledge.com/tiddlyplugins) should be helpful...although I havent worked with that plugin as yet....
