Add the following to the MainMenu tiddler:
<<list filter [tag[journal]]>>
It lists all the journals.
However, this will only be useful, if you have only a handful of
journals. If you have many journals, I suggest using MatchTagsPlugin
or fET, as well as deffered nested sliders.
