James for Clarity It sounds like the bug is in "RenameTags Plugin" Version 3.1.
It is the author of that that should be advised of the bug. Is not the section links of the form [[NAME##SECTION]] part, of one of the tidlytools plugins of Erics ? That is, one plugin is not working well with another, not a tiddlywiki bug.
