I had the same problem when I installed it. It took me a while to figure it out.
The next step is to add "easyEdit" to your ViewTemplate on the line that defines your toolbar. To see an example, go to http://visualtw.ouvaton.org/VisualTW.html and read the documentation for EasyEdit. In the Installation section, at step 3, you can click on ViewTemplate to see the tiddler used at that site. Right above the code for the tiddler you can see the menu options that it is creating.
