You are in luck. I used TW a few years back and made a modification to Peter Jipsen's work. Today I decided to start using TW for some notetaking and dug up my old work. Imported the old tiddler into the newest TiddlyWiki and it works! Full asciimathml parsing, as far as I can tell. I also did some ascii svg, but that does not work as well.
Only works in Firefox as far as I can tell. So if you are interested, visit http://jostylr.com/twasciimathwiki.html and either use that or import the tiddler "ascii" into your TiddlyWiki.
