Hi Anne - Welcome to the TiddlyWiki group. > My next questions will be loading pictures... You should start a new thread for each new question, this way it will be possible to search and find answers for other groupmembers - based on explanatory titles with questions.. However, there are at least 3 ways to have pictures in your TW: 1) Put your image in the same directory as your TW and make it show in a tiddler with: [img[./picture.jpg]] 2) Get the Url to an online picture an write this in a tiddler: [img[http://picture.jpg]] 3) Install Eric Shulman's attachfilepackage: http://tiddlytools.com/#AttachFilePackage. It allows you to embed pictures into your TW - beware of filesize! > But, I can't get my first attempt to save. This sound odd - are you shure you opened it in FF and not Google Chrome? - FF should be able to save your TW without the tiddlysaver.jar file Mario mentioned... However if you have special characters in your filepath, this could be the problem. I had problems with a filepath, when I was logged in as user "Måns" on my pc - then I had to put my TW directly under c:/ to be able to save it .... > Noticed that although downloaded from Firefox, the download took on a > Chrome logo... is there something I can switch off in Chrome to make > this work? > Anne If you want to have FF set as your defaultbrowser instead of Google Chrome - you'll make adjustments in FF. Not sure if these are the correct English words - I'm using Danish FF..: In FF try Edit -Preferences - Advanced - General - test if FF is standard - choose it to be standard.
