What I'm trying to do is to somehow categorize my tiddlys, rather than
having a gazillion tags in my "tags" tab.

For instance, I'm going to be adding numerous and extensive content
regarding government and economy. I'm afraid that I'll have hundreds
of different tags. What I want to avoid, is just having all my content
in various tags: congress, legislation, elections, oil, environment,
regulation, cabinet, immigration, economy, etc. etc.

What I'd LIKE to do is have it set up more like Wikipedia, where I can
do categories. or portals, for example:

Government > Congress > Legislation > Wall Street Reform
(category)  > (sub-category) > (sub-sub-category)

Can you direct me to a guide that explains various ways of managing
content, or provide a link to a wiki that is organized really well?
