Thanks for the tips, but they don't do what I want.

I want to put image on the left side of the header with the title and
sub-title to the right of the image centered an the same height as the
image.  My objective is to minimize real estate consumed by a header
with a vertical stack.

I tried playing with PageTemplate and StyleSheet every which way but
can't figure it out the image/text pairing.  I suppose a trivial
solution would be to create a composite image/title jpg and use that w/
o title and sub-title content.

Any other ideas beyond that?
