I am not sure how complex your process system is but for a simple
system you could use tagglytagging + newreminder + newhere +
searchoptions

I would start off with catagories like pump, generator, etc - then use
new here inside those catagories to create specific references -
smnp-001 pbm-004 ect, then create some details inside this tiddler,
including any reminders
as this builds, from the root catagopry tagglytaging (I like sitemap
mode) will build a tree for quick access to information - and
searchoptions cleans up the search function.

I am probably missing a few things. . .
