Getting back to you.

I've fixed the problems you were having and I've moved the tree on to
TiddlySpace (minus the tree visualization) http://familytree.tiddlyspace.com/
FamilyTreeUtilsPlugin and ViewTemplate have changed.
(Note I have separated up the code in what was FamilyTreePlugin - so
you can now remove that tiddler and add FamilyTreeUtilsPlugin and your
Family Tree will still work as before.

If possible you might want to consider keeping your family tree on
tiddlyspace.com - if you create an account you will be able to include
my space and pick up any changes I make to the space.
