The two themes distributed with TiddlyBlog (StyleSheetWood and
StyleSheetStone) ARE compatible with IE... except for the use of
background *images*.  As noted in the GettingStarted:

Note: StyleSheetWood and StyleSheetStone use textured background
images that are stored in tiddlers as base64 text-encoded data: URLs
that are not currently supported by Internet Explorer, which will
display solid colors instead.

Unfortunately, IE also has some annoying differences in how they
render CSS, so that there *might* be some minor variations in
appearance (word-wrapping, white space, etc) when running under IE...
Nonetheless, the themes provided with the TiddlyBlog distribution *DO*
work in IE.
