I think, if you find a tiddlyspace, that only contains one plugin + eventually needed CSS ... then you can include it into your space. The advantage is, 1) that all changes are automatically applied to your space. 2) The disadvantage is 1). If there is work in progress, imo a local copy would be better. If the plugin is "stable" include could be better.
