The current release of EditSectionPlugin also *requires* http://www.TiddlyTools.com/#StickyPopupPlugin Just install StickyPopupPlugin in the same document and things should begin to work as you expect. Note: I'm just finishing up some improvements for EditSectionPlugin that adds **self-contained** sticky popup handing (eliminating the dependency on StickyPopupPlugin), plus a few new features, such as better processing for creating new tiddlers/sections, and more robust handling renaming existing sections.
