In tinkering, I've learned a little more. I copy an empty iTW file to my disk and then import/sync tiddlers. This seems to work.
The problem now is the options (wiki name, upload login info, etc) don't seem to save in the iTW file. The options don't save in either my local file or on the iTouch.
