Thanks! Some extra information might help. If I put the text file to
the server it will works. i.e.

<<tiddler "myfile.txt">> produces strange characters
<<tiddler "http://www.abc.com/myfile.txt>> is alright.

One thing interesting. If I include wiki coding in the text file, it
will get formatted as if the code is placed in TW directly. The only
exception is table:

|Col|Col|
|Data1|Data2|

will be formatted like

|Col|Col|

|Data1|Data2|

Every row of the table become a one-row table itself.
