Well shucks, I completely forgot about transclusion. It all sounds
possible. Likely just a few more lines of carefully chosen regular
expressions necessary. I did this first one on a netbook in a tiny
hotel room in Africa though so I'm going to wait until I get back to a
proper keyboard with decent internet before I take another swing at
it.
