In your ViewTemplate you could place a dummy tiddler call like so...
<span macro="tiddler {{window.lastViewedTiddler=tiddler?
tiddler.title:'';'';}}></span>
You could then use that value in the onclick handler of your form
button like so:
var tags=who+' etiqueta temporary '+window.lastViewedTiddler;
