oh yes. q;-) I'm sure it has.

Most of the plugins, installed there have there own StyleSheet with
them.
Have a look at shaddow tiddlers [1][2] + may be some others. Editing
them will help. I hope :)

TableOfContentPlugin [3] seems to have a stylesheet, which is not
exported as a shaddow. Needs direct editing. MainMenu is there.

Have a look at "Tags" tab and open all systemConfig tiddlers. Look if
they have !StyleSheet with them.
