laziness ;-)

Re those buttons - I've spent some time already trying to get the
borders to be the same color as the background but nothing seems to
work.  I searched my TW for "button" and "background" and "border" and
"toolbar" but can't seem to find the key.  Off the top of your head,
do you know of one place I should look?  (I've been thinking its got
to be somewhere in MptwLayoutPlugin, but I'm obviously not sure...or
maybe I have to add something in the stylesheet?)
