Dickson, a small but nifty navigation aid is Saq Imtiaz' HoverMenuPlugin (http://tw.lewcid.org/#HoverMenuPlugin|). It prrovides a hovering menu on the edge of the screen for commonly used commands, that scrolls with the page.
