I just solved the visits I had mentioned. Basically someone is pinging google analytics for some kind of spam like gain. Read this to understand it better: http://www.usamurai.com/2010/08/17/fixing-unknown-referrals-in-google-analytics-or-referrer-spam/ So, I'm feeling much more confident with the situation.
