Now we can create a hyperlink in an html-document: URI="file:// localhost/C:/.../TW.html#[[Target note]] [[Another target note]]". It opens TW and these Tiddlers in it. The question which remains is how to create a "link" in windows. In my testings the windows links do not work. If I succeed, I'll post the solution here.
