A question. How do you get the data into your current format? Do you use FormTiddlerPlugin (http://tiddlywiki.abego-software.de/ #FormTiddlerPlugin)? Because if you just want the "look" of a "form", you can use this plugin to create a form and then use the ViewTemplate with HideWhenPlugin (from MPTW, I think), so that every tiddler tagged with Artist has the same form. Alternatively, you can use Eric's TaggedTemplateTweak for the same purpose.
