Hi Zans, I suggest you take a look at TinyTiddly [1]. It allows you to externalize the core from your TiddlyWiki. It would be great if Jon would update it to the current stable release so that in his repo [2] it would no longer read as version 2.6.1 (Alpha 1) and if also he (or Osmosoft) were to always provide a version of the latest stable release.
Other than that, you can also externalize plugins and tiddlers using ExportTiddlersPlugin [3] and then reinclude them using LoadTiddlersPlugin [4] while possibly minifying plugins using jsMin or YUI-compressor.
