Hi Again, Anthony, Ouch... I just took a look at your document... it looks particularly scrambled in IE. That should be a tough one.
As for debugging, I suggest you kinda rebuild it from scratch adding your elements (and plugins!) one by one to eventually see when things start messing up and hopefull figuring out ways to prevent that.
