Tiddlywiki's are very flexible and very expandable....with the plugins you can create endless! variety's of applications for different purposes. The basic (empty.html) tiddlywiki is a primary platform, plugins give it more weight (someone else might not need the imagesize plugin....and some other plugins might be less useful for your purpose).
